Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 200 g ham, raw, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta, then brown the raw ham in a pan. Add the cold pasta and fry until slightly crispy. Whisk the eggs with a splash of mineral water and season with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs over the ham pasta and let it set briefly.
