Bautzen Mustard Schnitzel
The perfect bautzen mustard schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pork schnitzel
- 6 Sliced onions
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Clarified butter
- Bautzen mustard
- Heat the butter lard in a pan and fry the escalopes in it untreated on both sides until they are done.
- In the meantime, mix the onion slices with the flour in a bowl. Heat about 1-2 tablespoons of clarified butter in a second pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Now place the schnitzel on a plate. Spread plenty of Bautzen mustard on top and pile the onions on top.
