Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • some salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml water
  • some baking powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 apples
  • sugar and cinnamon
  • some milk
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the ingredients with a dough hook, adding a little more flour if necessary to prevent stickiness. Divide the dough into two halves and roll out. Spread the sour cream over the dough. Peel the apples, finely slice them, and spread them over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and place in a greased dish (I use a roasting dish). Pour in milk (about 100 ml). Add a little more milk if needed during cooking. Place in the oven at 170°C and cook for about 45 minutes. Serve with hot vanilla sauce.
