Bavarian Cream with Fruits (Sebastian)

- 4 leaf Gelatin
- 4 Pc. Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 Pc. Vanilla pods
- 250 ml Milk
- 100 g Berry mix
- Soak the gelatine in cold water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Cut open the vanilla pods and scrape out the pulp. Add the milk and the scraped vanilla pulp to the egg yolk mixture and beat until frothy in a water bath over medium heat. Now dissolve the gelatin in the cream and then put the whole thing in the cold. Whip the cream until stiff and fold carefully into the cream. Finally, pour the cream into dessert bowls and chill for another hour. Before serving, decorate the cream with a few fresh berries.
