- 0,5 l Milk
- 0,5 l Cream 30% fat
- 200 g Sugar
- 7 sheet Gelatin
- 4 Egg yolk
- Warm the milk, do not boil, whip the egg yolks with the sugar.
- Soak the gelatine in cold water, whip the cream until stiff. Now add the warm milk to the egg mixture and stir. Let the whole gel in a shot with ice water.
- Now fold in the whipped cream and let it cool.
