Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 L Milk
  • 0,5 L Cream 30% fat
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 7 sheet Gelatin
  • 4 Egg yolk

Instructions
 

  • Warm the milk, do not boil, whip the egg yolks with the sugar.
  • Soak the gelatine in cold water, whip the cream until stiff. Now add the warm milk to the egg mixture and stir. Let the whole gel in a shot with ice water.
  • Now fold in the whipped cream and let it cool.
