Dessert: Bavarian Cream

  • 0,5 l Milk
  • 0,5 l Cream 30% fat
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 7 sheet Gelatin
  • 4 Egg yolk
  1. Warm the milk, do not boil, whip the egg yolks with the sugar.
  2. Soak the gelatine in cold water, whip the cream until stiff. Now add the warm milk to the egg mixture and stir. Let the whole gel in a shot with ice water.
  3. Now fold in the whipped cream and let it cool.
