Ingredients
- 250 g Camembert
- 100 g Double cream cheese
- 1 Small Onion
- 50 g Butter (soft)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Knife point Pepper
- 1,5 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
Instructions
- Halve the camembert and then cut into slices.
- Place the camembert pieces in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add the cream cheese and the softened butter.
- Now mash everything nicely with a fork or alternatively, if available, add it to the Thermomix and mix everything at about 3-4 seconds counterclockwise level 5 and finally mash it with the fork so that the mixture looks a little better. Depending on how rough you like him.
- Now cut the onion into cubes and add to the mixture.
- Put everything in a nice bowl or on a plate / board and garnish with fresh chives and onion rings, radishes and a little paprika. Simply delicious.
