Ingredients

  • 250 g Camembert
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 50 g Butter (soft)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Knife point Pepper
  • 1,5 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder

Instructions

  • Halve the camembert and then cut into slices.
  • Place the camembert pieces in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Add the cream cheese and the softened butter.
  • Now mash everything nicely with a fork or alternatively, if available, add it to the Thermomix and mix everything at about 3-4 seconds counterclockwise level 5 and finally mash it with the fork so that the mixture looks a little better. Depending on how rough you like him.
  • Now cut the onion into cubes and add to the mixture.
  • Put everything in a nice bowl or on a plate / board and garnish with fresh chives and onion rings, radishes and a little paprika. Simply delicious.
  • Tip 7: So that it tastes really original, you should use a flavor-intensive Camembert. In addition, it is important to let the obazden stand a little at room temperature before devouring it 🙂 Have fun imitating it. Andy
