Spicy Party Rolls with Ground Meat and Anchovies

The perfect spicy party rolls with ground meat and anchovies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Party rolls:

  • 1 Piece (2 halves) Fresh rolls, pointed rolls or lozenges
  • 50 g Fresh meat or tartare
  • 1 piece Onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 pinch Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt from the mill
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste

Topping:

  • 1 Splash Worcester seasoning sauce, see m KB
  • 3 piece Walnut kernels, halved
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 piece Anchovies (anchovies), pickled in oil
  • 1 Tufts Parsley

Party rolls:

  1. Halve the fresh pointed buns, butter in a little and brush with the tartare. Cut the onion into pieces and cover the roll halves with it, place the anchovies and tomato puree on top, season with the seasoning sauce, parsley, pepper and salt.

serve to:

  1. At celebrations or in between, as a buffet or in the evening.
