Bavarian party salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 1 radish(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 350 g Leberkäse, cold cuts
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental or Gouda)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and grate the carrots and radishes. Clean and wash the radishes and spring onions. Slice the radishes and cut the spring onions into rolls. Clean, wash, and eighth the tomatoes. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the meatloaf into strips. Mix everything together in a bowl. Mix the vinegar with salt and pepper. Whisk in the oil and toss the dressing with the salad. Cut the cheese into small cubes and sprinkle over the salad. Enjoy a delicious beer with this salad. Tip: For larger parties, the quantities can easily be doubled.
