Bavarian sausage salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 onions, red
  • 4 gherkins
  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp mustard, sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Deseed the tomatoes and cut them into thin wedges. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Dice the gherkins. Slice the bologna and then halve them. Mix the vinegar and oil together, add the mustard, and then season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives and cut them into small coils. Place everything in a bowl and mix well. Let the salad stand for at least 30 minutes before serving.
