Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g Leberkäse
  • 3 large gherkins
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Cut the Leberkäse into small cubes. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and gherkins (use a Quick Chef if you have one). Combine everything in a bowl and mix with ketchup, adding ketchup to taste. Stir everything thoroughly and let it sit in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
