Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 100 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- ½ pack of tomatoes, pureed (tetra pack)
- 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp oregano, dried
- ½ tbsp basil, dried
- ½ tbsp thyme, dried
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp vegetable broth, instant
- n. B. sausage
- n. B. vegetables
- n. B. cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Basic recipe
Put the flour, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, sugar, water, and yeast in a bowl and knead together. Then cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 to 45 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the passata in a saucepan and add the spices. When the sauce is hot, add the vegetable stock and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with the sauce. Now top with sausage, cheese, vegetables, etc. as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-45 minutes.
