BBQ Casserole

The perfect bbq casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 1 smaller Cauliflower fresh
  • 3 El Alba oil
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 50 ml Oat cream
  • Oil
  • 200 g Tofu mince
  • 1 size Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 El Tomato paste
  • 100 ml Jack Daniel’s Barbeque Glaze Smokey Sweet
  • 200 ml Water
  • Pepper
  • A couple of dAshes of TAbAsco
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Divide the cauliflower into florets. Cook together in salted water until tender. Mash into a creamy puree with Alba oil and oat cream and season with nutmeg.
  2. Fry the minced alternative in a little oil until crumbly. Dice onion and garlic and add, fry briefly. Stir in tomato paste and sweat. Add Jack Daniel’s Barbeque Glaze and water and bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with pepper and Tabasco.
  3. Put the mince in a baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes on top and smooth out.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
