~ BBQ Moink Balls with Bacon ~
The perfect ~ bbq moink balls with bacon ~ recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Ground beef
- 500 g Minced pork
- 30 Discs American bacon
- 1 bottle Bbq sauce
- Chilli flakes, dried, ground
- Garlic dried and ground
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sea salt from the mill
- Mix the ground beef together. Fold a tablespoon of the BBQ sauce into the minced meat and season with the chillies, garlic, pepper and salt.
- Now form small meatballs about 4-5cm in size and put them to one side.
- Now roll the balls into the bacon and fix it with a toothpick.
- Place them next to each other on the baking sheet and put them in the oven for about 30 minutes with circulating air at 120 degrees.
- Then heat the oven to 225 degrees and continue frying the balls with the bacon for about 10 minutes until crispy. Then take the balls out of the oven, dip them in the rest of the BBQ sauce and place them back on a baking sheet next to each other.
- Turn the oven back to 120 degrees and let the balls glaze for another 20 minutes.
- Take out the balls and arrange on a plate. They go well warm or cold with cozy barbecues, TV evenings or just as finger food for a nice chat with friends. Enjoy your meal!
