Ingredients
- 1 Big carrot
- 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 Potato big
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Tofu
- 750 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 tsp Fried potato seasoning from Herbaria
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Crumble the tofu and mix it with a little oil and the spice.
- The vegetables are diced.
- You fry the tofu in the pot, then add the vegetables, sauté them briefly and then extinguish with broth.
- Cook until the desired bite is achieved. Put in plates and sprinkle with parsley.
