Ingredients
 

  • 1 Big carrot
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 Potato big
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Tofu
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp Fried potato seasoning from Herbaria
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the tofu and mix it with a little oil and the spice.
  • The vegetables are diced.
  • You fry the tofu in the pot, then add the vegetables, sauté them briefly and then extinguish with broth.
  • Cook until the desired bite is achieved. Put in plates and sprinkle with parsley.
