Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sweet paprika powder
- 3 tbsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp salt, coarse
- 1 tbsp smoked salt
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
The cup used as a measuring cup holds approximately 150 ml. Crush the black pepper and mustard seeds with a mortar and pestle and mix with the remaining ingredients. Store the spice mixture in an airtight jar, for example. This way, the mixture will keep for a long time and retain its flavor.
