Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1,250 ml vegetable stock
  • possibly spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Healthy, simple and delicious.

Toast the oats in the butter and add the tomato paste for about 30 seconds. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and season to taste.
