  • 20 g Butter
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 20 g Flour
  • 0,125 L Water
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 0,125 L Milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. Chop or dice the onions and sauté them. Then add flour and gradually deglaze with water and stir until smooth. Add stock powder and add milk. Bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper. If you have your own vegetable broth, you can also use this.
