Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 3 bell peppers, red, diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200 g cheese (lake cheese)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Mish Mash – traditional Bulgarian recipe
Wash, trim, or peel the vegetables, and chop them together with the cheese. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion, followed by the diced bell pepper and tomatoes. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes. Mix the cheese and eggs together and pour over the vegetables. After 2-3 minutes, the omelet is ready. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Toast is especially delicious with it.
