Bean patties

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g beans, white, soak
  • 50 g leek, frozen
  • 1 tsp black cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp cumin, grind
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • 15 peppercorns, ground
  • 100 g lentils, red with ground
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 45 minutes

gluten-free, vegan, grain-free

Soak the beans for 24 hours, puree them or put them through a meat grinder. Mix the frozen leek and all the dry ingredients together, form patties, and lightly brown them on both sides in hot oil over reduced heat. Fry 2 x 4 pieces, approximately 3-4 minutes per side. My own recipe.
