Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of green beans
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche or sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • white wine vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Party salad with beans, sour cream and onions

Drain the beans. Dice the shallots. Mix both with the sour cream or sour cream. Season with a little white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper, if desired. Season to taste. Very quick and easy to make. Great as a party salad, for barbecue season, or for brunch.
