Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 sausages (Mettenden)
  • 1 can/n beans, green
  • 1 can/n beans, white
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick & hearty

Chop the onion and garlic and sauté together in oil. Slice the Mettenden sausages, add them, and fry. Add the green beans, white beans, and tomato paste, cover with water, bring to a boil, season with oregano, salt, and pepper, and finish with cream.
