Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 gr. can/n beans, white tomato sauce or baked beans
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 2 onions, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 700 ml water
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of white wine to deglaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

if you want it to go quickly…

Sauté the onions and bacon in a pan and deglaze with white wine. Add the beans, potatoes, and water and bring to a boil. After 5 minutes, add the tomato paste, parsley, and chopped garlic clove to the soup and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. The soup is ready when the potatoes are tender. It doesn’t need more than 15 minutes of cooking time. Done. Enjoy! FYI: To avoid oversalting the soup, I used water instead of broth.
