Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters of milk
  • 3 ½ packs of pudding powder (caramel pudding)
  • 1 tbsp coffee powder (espresso)
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 500 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour 1 liter of milk into a large saucepan, add the espresso powder, and bring to a boil. Stir the caramel pudding powder and sugar into the remaining milk and add to the espresso milk. Cook the mixture into a pudding. Let it cool, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes to prevent a skin from forming. Once the pudding has cooled, cream the room-temperature butter until fluffy and then stir in the pudding a tablespoon at a time. Chill the mixture for about 15 minutes before using it further.
