Bean Stew with Sour Beans

  • 1 Onion
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 Mettenden
  • 400 g Sour BeansTK
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g Beans yellow

  2. Put the beans in a saucepan with waaser, peel the onion, add quarters, season salt and pepper and simmer on the stove.

  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, finely chop the peeled onion and sauté in a saucepan with a little oil.
