Bean Stew with Sour Beans

- 1 Onion
- 600 g Potatoes
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 Mettenden
- 400 g Sour BeansTK
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g Beans yellow

- Put the beans in a saucepan with waaser, peel the onion, add quarters, season salt and pepper and simmer on the stove.
- Remove the pan from the heat and season the beans vigorously with vinegar and a little oil – set aside
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, finely chop the peeled onion and sauté in a saucepan with a little oil.
- Drain the beans and add them to the pot with the potatoes, pour in the vegetable stock until the stew is covered and simmer for 10-20 minutes.
- Add minced meatballs to the stew, season with salt and pepper and heat until the sausages get hot.
