Bean stew with spinach

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp, leveled cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 g beans, green
  • 100 g leaf spinach
  • 1 can beans, white, with soup vegetables
  • 1 can beans, red
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Sauté in oil until translucent. Sprinkle with cumin and paprika and sauté briefly. Trim and chop the green beans, then add them to the pot with the onions. Pour in 150 ml of water and simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the red and white beans, rinse briefly, and add them to the pot, along with the spinach and chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve with baguette or flatbread.
