Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large kohlrabi
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and grate the kohlrabi, mix with oil and herb salt. Let it sit overnight, ideally.
