Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ pack of bacon (belly bacon)
  • 1 can beans (snap beans), young, green, drained
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • some pepper
  • some cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the bacon and fry it in a saucepan over low heat. Then add the green beans and tomatoes and simmer. Season with pepper and cayenne pepper. Serve with boiled potatoes and meatballs.
