quick and easy to prepare
Cut 4 slices of mozzarella from the middle. Dice the ends into small pieces. Season the turkey schnitzel with salt, pepper, and paprika. Top each with 1 slice of cooked ham, 3 basil leaves, and a slice of mozzarella. Roll the turkey schnitzel up into roulades and secure them together (e.g. with toothpicks) or tie them together. Brown the roulades in a high, heated pan. Once they are well browned on all sides, deglaze with white wine. Add the cream and small pieces of mozzarella. Season with mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika, and simmer with the lid on over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener if desired. Ribbon pasta or rice goes very well with this.
