Beans Bacon and Mushrooms

The perfect beans bacon and mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Runner beans
  • Savory
  • Mace salt
  • Clarified butter
  • 6 piece Giant mushrooms
  • Pepper and salt
  • Butter
  • 0,5 piece Lemon or lime zest
  • 1 package Bacon slices

  1. Wash the runner beans and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm in size. Sauté with clarified butter in a saucepan and then season with savory, pepper and nutmeg salt. Put the lid on and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Mix carefully in between times.

the mushrooms

  1. Dust the mushrooms with a little flour and spin them briefly in a cloth. Then remove any dark spots caused by moisture by peeling off the skin. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chamignons, starting with the head side all around, until golden brown. Then season with salt and pepper on the inside of the head. Fill with the hot butter.
  2. Now put the bacon slices in the pan and let it cook until it starts to curl. Now put the zest of half a lemon or lime over the mushrooms and then turn off the heat.
  3. Fill everything in a sufficiently large bowl and drizzle the remaining fat over it.
