Ingredients
- 1 kg Green beans
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 250 g Ham cubes
- 2 Onions
- 3 Garlic cloves
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Summer Savory
Instructions
- Clean the beans and cook them in salted water.
- Peel the onions and garlic, dice finely and sauté in plenty of butter until translucent, add the diced ham and the sliced mushrooms and cook while stirring.
- Now add the drained beans and savory, season everything with salt and pepper, mix everything well and heat again vigorously and serve with bread.
