Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 400 g beans, small green (princess beans)
  • 1 tsp glutamate
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 3 tsp savory
  • some broth
  • 100 ml cream
  • Sauce thickener
  • Oil (olive or corn germ oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Add oil to the heated pan. Fry the finely chopped onion in the hot fat. Add the shredded ground meat and fry until crispy. Deglaze with the broth (add bean water if desired). Season with MSG, salt, pepper, and savory. If using fresh beans, add them now. Simmer everything over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add the green beans and cook for about 5 more minutes.
