Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 cup(s) flour
- ¾ cup(s) brown sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ cup(s) sugar, white
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup(s) cocoa powder
- ½ cup(s) chips (chocolate chips or sprinkles, bitter)
- ½ cup(s) walnuts, chopped
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup(s) oil, neutral
- Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp flour

Baking mix
Get a nice 1-1.2 liter glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Layer all the dry ingredients one at a time without mixing. Seal and store in a cool place for up to 6 months, or give as a gift along with the baking instructions. Bake: Whisk the eggs with oil and vanilla extract. Add the brownie mix. Mix well. Grease a shallow baking pan and pour in the batter. Bake at 175°C for about 35 minutes (use a toothpick to check if it’s done).
