Fine Chocolate Ice Cream
The perfect fine chocolate ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Egg yolk
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 60 g Dark chocolate
- 60 g Milk chocolate
- 250 ml Whipped cream
- Beat the egg, yolk and sugar until creamy.
- Melt the chocolate, broken into pieces, in a water bath and mix with the creamy egg mixture.
- Now stir in the whipped cream. Fill the chocolate mass into suitable containers and let it set in the frozen food for approx. 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, let the ice thaw for a few minutes at room temperature. The ice cream can then be portioned out better and becomes nice and creamy.
- Variations: If you like, you can sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top or mix in nut chocolate.
