Fine Chocolate Ice Cream

The perfect fine chocolate ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 60 g Dark chocolate
  • 60 g Milk chocolate
  • 250 ml Whipped cream
  1. Beat the egg, yolk and sugar until creamy.
  2. Melt the chocolate, broken into pieces, in a water bath and mix with the creamy egg mixture.
  3. Now stir in the whipped cream. Fill the chocolate mass into suitable containers and let it set in the frozen food for approx. 3-4 hours.
  4. Before serving, let the ice thaw for a few minutes at room temperature. The ice cream can then be portioned out better and becomes nice and creamy.
  5. Variations: If you like, you can sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top or mix in nut chocolate.
