Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 slice(s) Black Forest ham
  • 500 g beans (bush beans)
  • 200 g cream
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chili flakes
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Lemon pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the green beans in salted water until al dente. Sauté the chopped shallots and garlic with the bay leaf in the butter. Pour in the white wine, add the spices, and simmer gently. Add the cream and reduce again. Grease a dish with butter. Roll the beans in the ham slices to make 10 rolls. Place the rolls in the dish, pour the cream mixture over them, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for approximately 20 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
