Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 shallot(s) or onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g ham (lean cooked ham)
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 200 ml milk
- 500 g pasta, fresh tagliatelle or other
- salt and pepper
- Cheese, freshly grated
- chili powder

easy and fast
Wash and coarsely grate the zucchini. Dice the onion into small cubes. Heat the oil and briefly sauté the onion. Add the zucchini and fry for about 3 minutes. Add the vegetable stock and milk and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Dice the ham into small cubes and add it. Season the vegetable mixture generously and stir in the fresh pasta. Let it cook briefly again. Done. You can also use regular pasta, boil it separately, and then mix it in. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the dish.
