Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g biscuits (amarettini)
  • 16 gummy bears, in 4 different colors

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For a child’s birthday party: Board game Ludo. For 20 pieces

Preheat oven: top/bottom heat to about 170°C, fan oven to about 150°C. Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the foam mixture along with the ground hazelnuts, cocoa powder, and milk. Spread the batter evenly on a greased baking tray. Lightly press the amaretti biscuits, smooth side up, into the batter to form a playing field. Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Allow the cake to cool on the tray on a wire rack. Distribute the gummy bears over the playing field.
