Movie Burger for the film “Beauty and the Beast”

Form the beef into 2 patties with your hands. Cover a plate with cling film and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Slice the pear. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the honey and thyme. Sauté the pear slices for 1-2 minutes until al dente. Deglaze with lemon juice. Allow to cool. Wash the spinach and spin dry. Heat the oil in a pan. Season the patties with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Turn the cheese over the patties, cover and finish cooking. Meanwhile, bake the buns in the preheated oven and then cut in half horizontally. Place the baby spinach, pear slices, patties and blossoms on the bottom halves of the buns. Spread the bun tops with fig mustard and place them on the patties.
