Movie burger based on the film trilogy “Lord of the Rings”

Finely crush the fried onions in a mortar and pestle and knead them with the minced meat in a bowl. Season with pepper, form into 2 patties, and cover and chill on a plate lined with cling film. Trim, wash, and spin-dry the lamb’s lettuce. Mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix the buttermilk with the egg, a pinch of salt, and flour. Separate the onion rings, dip them in the batter, and coat them in the breadcrumbs. Fry in batches in 175°C (350°F) fat until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a pan. Season the patties with salt and pepper and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Spread the cheese over the patties after turning them over and finish cooking. Meanwhile, halve the bagels horizontally and bake in the preheated oven. Spread the mayonnaise on the bagel bottoms. Place the lamb’s lettuce, patties, and fried onions on top. Spread the bagel lid with mustard and place it on the burger.
