Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g carrot(s)
- 140 g apples
- 80 g sesame paste
- 70 g oat flakes
- 70 g rice syrup or honey
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 3 tbsp flaxseed flour
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Line a 20 x 20 cm baking pan with baking paper. Peel and finely grate the carrots, weighing out 130 g. Wash and grate the apple with the skin, weighing out 140 g. Roughly chop the hazelnuts. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Spread the batter in the prepared pan, pressing down lightly. Bake the slices for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Divide into 9 bars. 1 bar has 274 kcal. The slices taste delicious lukewarm, spread with a little coconut yogurt. Once cooled and packaged, the bars are the perfect power snack to take with you.
