Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 g almonds (flaked almonds)
- 1 pack Dr. Oetker paradise cream (vanilla flavor)
- ½ liter cream
- Butter for butter flakes
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
very easy and quick
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Pour into a greased 26cm springform pan, sprinkle with almonds, and top with a few knobs of butter. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 25 minutes using a fan oven. After baking, remove from the springform pan, let cool, and cut crosswise. Whisk 1 packet of Paradiescreme Vanilla in half a liter of cream. Pour the mixture onto the bottom half of the cake, then place the top half on top.
