Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 3 Tl Baking powder
- 100 g Peeled ground almonds
- 100 g Flaked almonds
- Filling:
- 1 packet Paradise cream white chocolate
- 400 ml Whipped cream
Instructions
- Beat eggs and 170 g sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in alternately with the almonds. Spread the dough on a greased, floured tray and sprinkle with the flaked almonds and sprinkle with the remaining 30 g of sugar. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes and let it cool down. Cut the cold cake in half. For the filling, stir creamy cream and cream with an electric mixer in about 3 minutes. Spread the cream on one half of the cake and place the other half of the dough on top. Put in a cool place.
