Beef Broth
The perfect beef broth recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 500 g Soup green, fresh
- 1 Onion
- 500 g Leg disk
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt, gourmet pepper
- 1 Pair Peppercorns
- 6 Tomatoes
- 6 Basil, fresh
- 1,5 liter Filtered water (normal)

- Wash off the leg disk and pat dry. Wash, clean and chop the soup greens. Peel and halve the onion. Put the oil in a medium-sized saucepan and heat. Add leg slice, shortened soup vegetables and fry briefly on all sides.
- Deglaze with the filtered water (normal). Add the halved onions, salt and peppercorns. Wash tomatoes, clean eighths and add them to the pot as well. Cook / simmer for 2 hours. Then pour the broth through a sieve and collect it.
- Return the collected stock to the pot. Season to taste with salt & gourmet pepper. Chop the basil and sprinkle with the beef stock. Take the deep plate and pour in the beef stock, serve immediately.
