Ingredients
 

Ketchup

  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 150 g Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 300 g Tomato pieces
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 pinch Ginger bread spice
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Sour cream

  • 400 g Sour cream
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Oven baked vegetables

  • 15 Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 Fennel
  • 0,5 Paprika
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 5 Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 shot Olive oil

fried potatoes

  • 1 kg Organic potatoes
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Ground coriander
  • 1 pinch Ground garlic

Beef fillet

  • 900 g Organic beef fillet
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper

sauce

  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Rosemary sprig
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

Ketchup

  • For the ketchup, peel the garlic and onions, chop them finely and slowly roast them with olive oil in a small saucepan. Add all other ingredients, stir and slowly simmer for two hours without the lid. Puree and portion into small glasses.

Sour cream

  • For the sour cream, mix all ingredients together and portion into small glasses.

Oven baked vegetables

  • For the oven vegetables, clean the vegetables, do not cut them too small, leave the cherry tomatoes on the stalk. Wrap all ingredients in baking paper and cook at 200 ° C for 25-30 minutes.

fried potatoes

  • For the fried potatoes, cut the peeled potatoes into 5 mm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the spices. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 30-40 minutes.

  • For the fillet, salt and pepper the meat just before roasting. For medium fry the meat for one minute per centimeter of thickness, keep warm in aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
