Ingredients

- 1 Zucchini

- 6 Chervil stems
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tbsp Herb butter
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Cut the carrots, zucchini, cucumber and peeled horseradish into spirals or cubes. Heat the oil, briefly fry the beef fillets on both sides, brush the top of each fillet with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with colored pepper, press lightly.
