Ingredients
 

  • 4 200 g each Beef fillet
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic syrup
  • 1 tbsp Crushed colorful pepper
  • 2 Fillets of tomatoes
  • 1 Thick peeled carrot
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 0,25 Stick of horseradish
  • 0,5 Snake cucumber
  • 6 Chervil stems
  • 1 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tbsp Herb butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the carrots, zucchini, cucumber and peeled horseradish into spirals or cubes. Heat the oil, briefly fry the beef fillets on both sides, brush the top of each fillet with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with colored pepper, press lightly. Turn the steaks and fry again briefly on the pepper crust , remove and let steep in the oven at 100 ° C for 4-5 minutes. Put the sesame seeds in the steak frying pan, fry them briefly, add the vegetables, cook well, refine with herb butter, salt, pepper and the plucked chervil. Add the tomato fillets, mix together, leave to stand for a moment. Enjoy your meal !
