Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g beefsteak(s)
- 300 ml sesame oil
- 10 tbsp whiskey
- 4 tbsp mustard, grainy spicy
- 5 tbsp mango chutney
- 4 tbsp honey
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt
- Herbs (herb mixture “5 herbs”)
Instructions

Cut the meat into thin strips. Mix the other ingredients into a marinade, mix with the meat, place everything in a freezer bag, and refrigerate for 48 hours, keeping as little air as possible. Knead the bag occasionally. After the marinating time, dry the meat on paper towels or a tea towel. Spread out on a dehydrator or baking rack (do not overlap) and dehydrate for 4 to 5 hours at approximately 60°C.
