Carrot and apple raw vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g carrot(s)
  • 3 apples
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 shot of orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the carrots and apples and grate or shred them into a bowl. Squeeze the lemon. Combine the juice with the oil, sugar, and orange juice and add to the carrots and apples. Mix everything thoroughly. Tip: Add canned mandarin oranges, if desired.
