Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 675 g ground beef
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 90 g oat flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 5 g mustard powder or mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine the ground beef, chopped onion, oat flour, and milk; season with salt and pepper. Transfer the ground beef mixture to a buttered, oblong baking dish and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, ketchup, and mustard powder (or mustard) until smooth and spread over the ground beef mixture in the dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and return to the oven for another 45 minutes.
