The meat
- 800 g Roast beef
- 2 Discs Cooked ham
- 0,5 piece Onion
- 1 Stripes Edammer cheese
- 3 piece Fresh mushrooms
- 1 piece Medium sized carrot
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 liter Roulade sauce
The mashed potatoes
- 2 piece Potatoes
- 0,5 piece Fresh onion
- 25 g Butter
- 0,2 liter Milk
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
The vegetable
- 0,5 piece Cauliflower fresh
- 0,5 piece Paprika, red
- 0,5 piece Green peppers
- 0,5 piece Onion
- 5 piece Fresh mushrooms
- 1 piece Dried chilli
- 2 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 branch Finely chopped parsley
- 2 leaf Basil
- 0,2 liter Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 5 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 4 leaf Lettuce fresh
The meat
- Wash and dry the meat. Then cut it horizontally so that we have something like a butterfly steak. Brush both inside with mustard, put the cooked ham, cheese and onion slices on top. Then season with pepper from the mill, fold again and fix with roulade needles. Now season the outside with pepper from the mill. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and fry the meat on both sides. Now take it out again, put the insert in the pressure cooker, put the meat, mushrooms, carrot and onion in it. Then pour the roulade sauce over it, close the lid and cook for an hour.
The mashed potatoes
- Boil the potatoes. I add the green bell pepper, which I cut into 2 slices, to the potatoes for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan and fry the diced onion until it is golden yellow. After about 25 minutes, remove the potatoes, peel them and press them through the potato press. Then pour the onions with the butter on top. Season with salt and pepper and mix with a little milk. Keep warm
The vegetable
- Cut the peppers into thin slices, cut the cauliflower into small florets, divide the chilli in half, dice the onion and chop the cloves of garlic. Add the basil and parsley, season with salt and pepper and fry in the butter and olive oil. Then add the beef broth and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
