Bell Pepper Vegetables with Turkey Mini Steaks and Yellow Potatoes

The perfect bell pepper vegetables with turkey mini steaks and yellow potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Paprika vegetables:

  • 3 Bell peppers 500 g (red, yellow and green)
  • 1 Large onion approx. 150 g
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 piece Ginger approx. 10 g
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth (1 teaspoon instant)
  • 1 tsp Rubbed thyme
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 0,25 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Ajvar mild
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Strong pinches of salt
  • 1 Strong pinch of pepper

Turkey mini steaks:

  • 400 g Turkey mini steaks (Here: From ALDI Nord)
  • Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil

Yellow potatoes:

  • 300 g Small potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Caraway seed
  • 1 tsp Turmeric

To serve:

  • 2 Sprigs of basil

Paprika vegetables:

  1. Clean / core the peppers, peel the peeler 2 in 1 with the vegetable peeler / vegetable blossom scraper, wash and cut into small diamonds. Peel and finely dice the onion, garlic cloves and ginger. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a pan and fry the peppers with the onion, garlic clove and ginger cubes with honey vigorously (1 tbsp), deglaze / pour in the vegetable stock (200 ml / 1 tsp instant) and everything Let simmer for 8 minutes. Rubbed with thyme (1 teaspoon), salt (½ teaspoon), sweet paprika (½ teaspoon), mild curry powder (1/2 teaspoon), pepper (¼ teaspoon), sour cream (2 tbsp), crème fraîche (1 tbsp), butter ( 1 tbsp) season / refine and simmer / reduce everything for another 3 – 4 minutes. Finally, season with salt (2 big pinches) and pepper (1 big pinch).

Turkey mini steaks:

  1. Beat the turkey mini steaks with the meat mallet, season with plenty of salt and pepper on both sides and fry them in a pan with sunflower oil (4 tablespoons) on both sides until golden-brown.

Yellow potatoes:

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon) with caraway seeds (1 teaspoon) and turmeric (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes and drain.

Serve:

  1. Serve the bell pepper with turkey mini steaks and yellow potatoes, garnished with basil.
