Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g buttermilk
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup (spiced ketchup)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, light
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp spice(s) (grill seasoning)
- 4 steaks (beef rump steaks), 200g each
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients together and marinate the sirloin steaks overnight. Remove from the marinade, pat dry, and grill on both sides. TIP: The meat will be especially tender if marinated two days before grilling.
